North-South Choke:

  1. If the person is lying flat on their back, you slide your arm behind their head.
  2. then align yourself such that your ribcage is on the other side of their head
  3. move down to choke

Darce choke:

  1. If they have an under hook
  2. you can use your hand or elbow to push the back of their head
  3. slip through your other hand
  4. grab your bicep
  5. lean on their shoulder to choke them from the other side (your hand is the other side of the choke) 5.1 if they get out of side control (get on their knees) you can put one leg across their stomach and one across their back and guillotine them (crunch at an angle to finish the choke)

Darce choke video finish is different but the setup is the same

Guillotine Choke:

  1. let bottom get up on their elbow (about to get on their knees)
  2. Get your arm around the neck for the Guillotine, make a fist and hold it with your other arm. you can choose to trap their arm or not (outside vs inside arm doesn’t change the situation)
  3. as they get on their knees, put one leg around their waist/stomach (same leg as the arm that is around the neck)
  4. get the other leg across their back to protect them from moving to your weak side
  5. crunch and tilt
