Triangle:
- Start in full guard
- Grab sleeve and collar
- Let go of full Guard and Rotate hips to the setup for Easy/Scissor sweep
- Put leg on the hip on the side that is grabbing sleeve and collar
- Put other leg on shoulder/bicep
- Create tension by pushing with the leg on the hip and pulling with the hand on the collar
- Bring leg on the shoulder up to pull them into you
- Tilt your body and try and make your leg perpendicular to top’s neck
- Close up the the triangle and adjust
Omoplata:
- First 6 steps the same
- Make sure knee is on the inside of the arm your are going to omplata
- Kick leg throught the armpit and wrap around the shoulder
- Sit up
