Triangle:

  1. Start in full guard
  2. Grab sleeve and collar
  3. Let go of full Guard and Rotate hips to the setup for Easy/Scissor sweep
  4. Put leg on the hip on the side that is grabbing sleeve and collar
  5. Put other leg on shoulder/bicep
  6. Create tension by pushing with the leg on the hip and pulling with the hand on the collar
  7. Bring leg on the shoulder up to pull them into you
  8. Tilt your body and try and make your leg perpendicular to top’s neck
  9. Close up the the triangle and adjust

Omoplata:

  1. First 6 steps the same
  2. Make sure knee is on the inside of the arm your are going to omplata
  3. Kick leg throught the armpit and wrap around the shoulder
  4. Sit up
