Hip Bump Guillotine:
- Be in full guard
- Hip bump sweep
2.1 Place one hand and feet on the ground and pull yourself up so your arm and chin is on their back (your left arm should be over their left shoulder, so across. right arm over opponent’s right shoulder)
- You can back up/scoot your butt out(~12inches) to get a better angle for the guillotine
- Wrap arm on back across the neck for the guillotine
- Fall to your side and legs go back to full guard position
- Side crunch and finish guillotine
Hip Bump Guillotine Counter (tripod):
- Have previous move done to you
- As opponent is falling to their side, try and slip hand/fingers in between opponents guillotine and your neck
- Attempt to keep your neck straight and use your head and legs as a tripod to prevent the choke
- Shift the weight from your head to the shoulder on the opponent to put on lots of pressure to make them release the guillotine
