Back Take From Turtle

  1. Make a fist and grip your own wrist at opponent’s waist from behind
  2. Roll over the opponent and make them roll with you (via holding their waist)

From Weak Side

  1. Fall to weak side (side with arm in under opponent’s arm)
  2. Bring foot hooks out, one foot pushes on the waist, and the other foot goes across the waist and hooks on the outside waist/leg
  3. rear naked choke (one hand)
  4. if opponent defends with hands, use one hand to move the other hand to your outside (grab the pinky side of their hand) and try and frame away their arm with yours
  5. if opponent’s other hand is pulling the arm attempting to choke, you can let them and push their arm down and push it down yourself, then put your leg over their arm and reclose the gap
  6. one handed rear naked choke

Variation: Kimura Armbar

  1. kimura armbar, strong side (my right arm if left side is my weak side) arm grabs arm that weakside arm is blocking, then the your free hand will grab the arm that is holding onto oponnent’s arm
  2. loop arms out from arount opponent’s head (so arms are not encircling opponent’s head, but your arm circle is outside of the head)
  3. get leg over opponent’s face and finish armbar
