Opponent has you in their full guard
- Grab on one of their wrists/forearm with both of your hands
- Push their wrist onto their stomach
- Put leg that is on the same side of the pinned arm up
- Stand up and up the other leg up
- Let go with on hand such that you are cross gripping their arm
- Use free arm to pry leg off with elbow
- Bring knee down over leg you are pushing down
- do knee pass guard

- if opponent is framing you can stack, and push down on their downed leg to tilt their hips one way or their other leg the other way
