Opponent has you in their full guard

  1. Grab on one of their wrists/forearm with both of your hands
  2. Push their wrist onto their stomach
  3. Put leg that is on the same side of the pinned arm up
  4. Stand up and up the other leg up
  5. Let go with on hand such that you are cross gripping their arm
  6. Use free arm to pry leg off with elbow
  7. Bring knee down over leg you are pushing down
  8. do knee pass guard

  1. if opponent is framing you can stack, and push down on their downed leg to tilt their hips one way or their other leg the other way
