Foot Lock From half guard with knee shield

  1. Underhook Opponent’s arm
  2. Put knee on belly
  3. Swing around? and armbar/kneebar opponent’s leg

Alternative: Opponent Locks their own leg with a triangle

  1. Move their upper leg above their shins by grabbing their toes and omoplatta it

Escapes while opponent is at step 4

  1. Move your hips so your knee is not pressed against their chest
  2. Place your foot on their knee
  3. Push your leg free

Alternative: If they are holding on too tightly

  1. Step over them so your knee is facing down
  2. Use your free foot to push yours free in pushing against their hip/thigh/butt
