Full Guard Collar Choke
- Put your hands in your center in between opponent’s
- Bring legs forward and arms out to make opponent post with their hands outside
- Collar Grip with one hand and Over hook posted arm with the other
- Over hooking arm should also grab opponent’s lapel
- Turn to your hip such that your are turning away from the arm you are over hooking
- Grab part of the opponent’s Gi on their shoulder (there is a place where it should naturally hold up) and make sure your wrist is on their neck
- Choke
Full Guard Armbar
- Put your hands in your center in between opponent’s arms
- Bring legs forward and arms out to make opponent post with their hands outside
- Collar Grip with one hand and Over hook posted arm with the other
- Over hooking arm should also grab opponent’s lapel
- Turn to your hip such that your are turning away from the arm you are over hooking
- Using your leg that is on opponent’s back push your knee between the arm your are hooking and opponent’s head and bring your knee to the ground
Alternative: Arm hook get’s escaped
- Using the arm that was hooking wrap your arm through to the elbow
- Bring knee down like in step 6
- Using your free hand grap opponent’s pants and bring it to you, you should go a little towards them as well
- Roll them over and you with them
