Full Guard Collar Choke

  1. Put your hands in your center in between opponent’s
  2. Bring legs forward and arms out to make opponent post with their hands outside
  3. Collar Grip with one hand and Over hook posted arm with the other
  4. Over hooking arm should also grab opponent’s lapel
  5. Turn to your hip such that your are turning away from the arm you are over hooking
  6. Grab part of the opponent’s Gi on their shoulder (there is a place where it should naturally hold up) and make sure your wrist is on their neck
  7. Choke

Full Guard Armbar

  1. Put your hands in your center in between opponent’s arms
  2. Bring legs forward and arms out to make opponent post with their hands outside
  3. Collar Grip with one hand and Over hook posted arm with the other
  4. Over hooking arm should also grab opponent’s lapel
  5. Turn to your hip such that your are turning away from the arm you are over hooking
  6. Using your leg that is on opponent’s back push your knee between the arm your are hooking and opponent’s head and bring your knee to the ground

Alternative: Arm hook get’s escaped

  1. Using the arm that was hooking wrap your arm through to the elbow
  2. Bring knee down like in step 6
  3. Using your free hand grap opponent’s pants and bring it to you, you should go a little towards them as well
  4. Roll them over and you with them
