Full Guard, you are outside of arms, to back take

  1. Hamburger hold a wrist
  2. Bring legs forward and guide arm across your body
  3. Control the head with the arm (whichever side you dragged opponent’s arm to, so if you dragged it to the right use the right hand to collar tie)
  4. Use the other arm to go behind the head and grab the lat/armpit
  5. Turn to your side so you are on your hip (facing the lat/arpit you are grabbing)
  6. Raise your hand that is not grabbing the lat on the ground like you are asking a question in class
  7. Get up on your elbow
  8. Bring your knee to sit up as your base, your achilles heel should be about where the tear drop part of their quad is if they were a body builder
  9. Other foot goes outside/around the hip and hooks around opponent’s far ankle
  10. Get seatbelt
  11. You can sit back or push of the gound with your feet to finish backtake
