Breaking Full Guard

  1. Hands on rip, Posture up, round lower back, elbows between opponent’s knees
  2. Move on knee out
  3. Move other knee toward it and get knee under up
  4. Move first knee out again and sit up
  5. Move hand (same side as first knee) pressing on the ribs, to opponent’s hip and elbow by knee
  6. sit/move down round lower back more and move leg down the knee
  7. Pass guard
