Gi: Passing Guard
Breaking Full Guard
- Hands on rip, Posture up, round lower back, elbows between opponent’s knees
- Move on knee out
- Move other knee toward it and get knee under up
- Move first knee out again and sit up
- Move hand (same side as first knee) pressing on the ribs, to opponent’s hip and elbow by knee
- sit/move down round lower back more and move leg down the knee
- Pass guard
