Half Guard Sweep:

  1. You are in half guard and on your side
  2. Use your outer leg to snake out sleightly to make space and insert your knee in that created by opponent’s hip and your body
  3. Establish a knee shield
  4. Connect your elbow to the inside of your knee doing the knee shield
  5. Brin g knee down which will create space for your elbow to be and underhook opponent’s body
  6. you can then perform a butterfly sweep

Alternative: opponent Wizards your underhook (they overhook your shoulder)

  1. Swim your wizarded arm around and grab opponent’s wrists
  2. Grab under the opponent’s leg with other hand
  3. Roll across your buttcheeks/lower back
