No Gi: Half Guard Reverse Armbar
Half Guard Reverse Armbar:
- You are in half guard and on your side
- Use your outer leg to snake out sleightly to make space and insert your knee in that created by opponent’s hip and your body
- Establish a knee shield
- Connect your elbow to the inside of your knee doing the knee shield
- Bring knee down which will create space for your elbow to be and underhook opponent’s body
- Pull them back and get on your side
- Get your knee on opponent’s shoulder
- Apply pressure on elbow
