  1. Post on that side with your hand
  2. With your other hand, collar tie opponent and pull yourself upright

Maintaining Mount: Opponent tries to Elbow Knee escape

  1. Before they can get their leg under your knee, bring your leg up and put your foot by opponent’s waist/stomach
  2. Put the other leg flat across/diagonal the back knee by the back of opponent’s head
  3. Establish a kimura grip with one of the grips coming from behind the opponent’s head
  4. Roll over your back foot and establish back mount

  1. you can also transition to an armbar by extending opponent’s arm and getting your legs over and pushing opponent
