Back take from turtle:
- Push opponent towards their head to expose their legs/not sitting on their legs
- Get your shin on top of opponent’s shin
- Pass your leg to be in between opponent’s legs
- Get your calf under opponent’s shin
- Donkey kick back/up to expose a gap in opponent’s turtle
- Stick your foot or knee in the gap and hook the leg that was created by the donkey kick
- Step over and get second hook for back take
Tip over Turtle:
- Grip opponent’s collar or hand with an under seatbelt arm (not required to be under opponents arm/armpit but you get a better grip that way)
- Align your leg with opponent’s such that your shin is parallel to their shin and your knee is next to opponent’s knee
- Pull opponent over your knee and roll them onto your lap
- Get your upper hook in for back take
- Kick your bottom leg out and establish lower hook for backtake
