Double under Cross choke:
- Palm facing up grab deep into opponent’s lapel collar (make sure wrist is straight)
- Palm facing up, go under other arm and grab the collar on other side of opponet’s head
- Adjust so your full guard is to the side and you are bringing them down
Over Under Cross choke:
- Palm facing up grab deep into opponent’s lapel collar
- Palm facing down, grab in between opponent’s head and your grip
- Move your arm around opponent’s head
- Hip out slightly to the side of the second grip and get opponent’s head close to the mat and finish
Over Under Cross choke:
- Palm facing up grab deep into opponent’s lapel collar
- Palm facing down, grab the fold of the gi on the opponent’s shoulder
- Hip out slightly to the side of the second grip and get opponent’s head close to the mat and finish
Hip Bump Kimura:
- Do Hip Bump sweep
- Opponent posts with hand
- Drop to your elbow, and grab the wrist with your hand on the ground and the hip bump arm will wrap around and grab your own wrist
- Snake out to the side and use your shoulders to move out to get a better kimura angle (try and make yourself more perpendicular to your opponent)
- Finish kimura
Hip Bump Back Take:
- Do Hip Bump sweep
- Opponent tries to protect their arm from kimura and keeps it close to their chest
- Using your upper arm, either trap/pinch there upper back, or grab their belt
- Pull them back and go to the side, leave a hook in
Hip Bump Armbar:
- Do Hip Bump sweep
- Opponent pushes you down with arm
- Using your arm that is on the ground, push yourself away/to the side
- Swing your legs around opponent’s face for armbar
Hip Bump Triangle:
- Hip Bump
- Opponent tries to protect their arm from kimura and keeps it close to their chest
- You bring one of your legs up in the highguard position, this leg will hold you up alongside your posted arm
- Swing around to the other side and get your other leg up for triangle
